29th June 2001

Nottingham, UK: Upperton Limited, an emerging research and development company specialising in contrast imaging, has acquired new research laboratories in central Nottingham.

The new research laboratories are fully equipped with a wide range of analytical equipment and specialized particle production technologies used to make its unique microparticles and nanoparticles.

Founding Director, Dr Richard Johnson, was delighted to relocate the company to the new headquarters, confirming "The move from the University into a commercial environment was a logical step in the companies development. Acquiring increased laboratory space is necessary for future expansion and a widening of the scientific interests of the company"
